At DMC, we always welcome new patients at our convenient downtown Chicago office. We are committed to full spectrum dentistry, helping patients with both general and specialty dentistry. Our dentists use cutting-edge procedures and equipment to provide top-level care.

Dental Medicine Chicago is centrally located in downtown Chicago at 30 North Michigan Avenue directly across from Millennium Park.
If you use public transportation, we are located just a few blocks from both the Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station and around the corner from Washington /Wabash “L” station.

If you arrive by car, we are located across from Millennium Park and parking is available at the Grant Park Garage.
Office Hours
Staff from our office are on call 24/7 for dental emergencies and we are always willing to accommodate a patient’s schedule.
Monday, Thursday, Friday 7 AM – 4 PM
Wednesday 8 AM – 5 PM
Saturdays by appointment

Either call us directly or use the online Make an Appointment form below to select preferred days, times & reason for visit. We make every effort to accommodate a patient’s busy schedule.

Cancellation policy To ensure adequate care is provided to all patients, DMC has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment not cancelled via phone call within that time will result in a $100 fee.
PAYMENTS
To ensure that we provide the highest quality of care to all patients, our office is not in alignment with any insurance company. While we are a “fee for service” office, we work with patients and their dental and medical insurance companies to optimize out-of-network benefits.
